Taxpayers funds wasted -what a hideous operations. Diversity means poor quality and this place is only one example in this State.
Diversity means poor quality? That statement doesn't make any sense and smacks of racism.
Well, perhaps the students are just victims of a "diversity business"---RCC is not very "diverse"--but check out this "diversity higher ed business" article from 2009 hailing the marvels of RCC and its leader, Terrence Gomes, who is credited for turning the school around after 2001 allegations of mismanagement of grant monies---

Wait a second... isn't that what this 2012 Globe piece is about? Where's Terrence Gomes come from--and where's he gone now?
Here is Dr. Gomes' profile from the RCC 2003 inauguration:

New Bedford native, wife and educator, too, went to school in Rhide Island... so, what happened? Was he a great leader at RCC--or a thief? It's a very small school, only 2,300 students.
Dr. Alane Shanks is a lauded diversity expert, and Pine Manor's President as of 2011--working for "the educationally disadvantaged": http://www.pmc.edu/pine-manor-college-chooses-new-president Described as an astute financial planner... "Dr. Shanks has extensive experience at both private and public institutions of higher education in Boston. Since 2006, Shanks served as the Vice President of Administration and Finance at Roxbury Community College, where she worked to broaden access to high quality public education for the educationally disadvantaged. Prior to this role, she served as the Associate Dean for Educational Administration and Finance at Harvard Medical School. She has also worked as a higher education consultant for five years, serving clients such as Wheelock College and Yale University. “With more than twenty-five years of experience in the educational field, Dr. Shanks is an astute leader, a successful financial planner and expert manager who will be able to enact positive changes to help support student success,” said Serena Greening, Chairman-elect of the Board. “Dr. Shanks has a distinguished record of high achievement and we are thrilled to welcome her to the Pine Manor family. She truly understands and appreciates our mission, and we look forward to growing the school together.”
I don't think there was any faculty, employee, or administrator, on the RCC Campus that didn't know BROWN-WEST was sexually exploiting and assaulting young women for many many years!
I don't know anything about this case.
Generally speaking, based on my direct knowledge, unless you are connected, you do not have a right to report corruption and crime of any kind with the expectation that an objective investigation will occur. This is the main reason why official misconduct and corruption is allowed to continue.

why does it seem that the places that need the best leadership attrct the biggest dirt balls?
