Now, the former Exeter Hospital patients had the opportunity to learn about “new wonder drugs” from Raymond Chung, a Massachusetts General Hospital researcher, per promotional materials. But ethicists say Chung possibly breached ethical rules by suggesting that the drugs were a therapeutic treatment rather than experimental research.
