A Brockton man accused of manslaughter after allegedly fleeing police and causing a fatal accident has led police on a car chase before. The Enterprise reported that Antwoin Moore also fled police last year, though that chase ended with Moore on foot and no one hurt. Last week, Moore was involved in a fatal crash after fleeing police and pushing a car driven by Maryanne Kotsiopoulos, 49, into traffic, killing her. On Monday, Moore was ordered held on $250,000 bail. Moore’s lawyer said his client fled an unmarked police car because he thought he was being carjacked. But police said Moore told them he fled because he did not have a license.
