Roger Williams University is freezing tuition for current undergraduate students and guaranteeing no increase above this year’s cost for those who enroll in the next school year. As part of its ‘‘Affordable Excellence Initiative,’’ the university promises that the tuition rate of about $29,900 paid by current students will not rise during the next four years. Students who enroll in the 2013-14 year are also guaranteed the same tuition. (AP)
