Third man arraigned in Billerica death

A third person has been arraigned in connection with a home invasion last summer that left a Billerica man dead. Peter Bin of Peabody pleaded not guilty Monday in Lowell District Court to charges including murder, attempted armed robbery, home invasion, and possession of a firearm, He was ordered held on $500,000 bail. Prosecutors allege Bin, 25, and others broke into Quinton Koehler’s home on July 7. The residents of the home confronted the defendant and Koehler, 22, was shot in the head. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
