SWAT teams faced down armed robbers with hostages, hazmat teams secured suspicious packages on an MBTA subway car, and police faced down school shooters as first responders from the Boston area gathered Saturday to participate in an intensive, multi-agency training exercise dubbed Urban Shield: Boston.
