YouTube incurs wrath of Question 3 opponents after group’s video was removed from site
For two weeks, a three-minute video on the dangers of approving Question 3, which asks Massachusetts residents to approve the legalization of marijuana for medical purposes, played on YouTube. It received only a modest amount of hits - just under 700 - but on Sunday morning, it suddenly vanished. YouTube decided the video, which showed a picture of a teenage boy lighting a joint, violated YouTube’s Terms of Service. The group, convinced proponents of Question 3 became involved, appealed to no avail, but this afternoon, after a media call, the video suddenly was back up.
