Boston will start feeling the impact of an approaching nor’easter within the next few hours, according to the National Weather Service. “It’s heading our way,” said meteorologist Bill Simpson. Boston will get one-half to three-quarters of an inch of rain starting this afternoon and continuing into Thursday, he said.
