Vermont State Police searching for a woman in a wheelchair who has been missing since Sunday say she is probably headed to Missouri with a man. Police said Jessica Flanders, 31, is probably with Benjamin Davis, 35, of Dixon, Mo. Authorities said the two are in a relationship. But detectives said they have received mixed information about whether Flanders intended to go to Missouri with Davis or had planned to remain in Vermont until December. Police said that due to Flanders’s limited mobility, medical needs, and mental status, there is concern for her welfare.
