I never thought it was about gender or race, but after listening to the Obama/Warren voters in the exit polls I am no longer convinced. I think Warren won because she is a minority: an Amercian Indian female.

It's volunteers. Lots of volunteers. Hours and hours of hard work of volunteers. They are not paid by anyone.
