Two homes in West Quincy were broken into in separate ­incidents one minute apart Saturday night, police said.

“They don’t seem to be related in any regard,” said Quincy Police Sergeant Michael O’Shea. “It’s a pretty busy area, but I wouldn’t say this is normal.”
