Two more people joined a federal class action lawsuit filed against Foxborough police and its chief, claiming the department’s practice of putting Gillette Stadium eventgoers into protective custody -- even if they are intoxicated -- violates state law. The two joined the lawsuit Monday, bringing the number of class representatives to four, in a process that could affect over 1,000 people and take about two years to conclude.
