CHARLOTTE — The family of a teen who fell from a jet’s wheel well in a Boston suburb two years ago is suing Charlotte, Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, and US Airways.
The family of 16-year-old Delvonte Tisdale says negligence caused the teen to fall from a Boeing 737 to his death.

No, what caused him to fall was the fact that he thought he could do that in the first place. Trying to ride on the wheel of an airliner is not negligence it's poor choice and no personal responsibility, and for that I look in the home.
