A man was fatally shot Monday evening in Brighton, police said. A call to Boston police reporting the shooting at 118 Leicester St. came in at 5:37 p.m., Officer Nicole Grant, a police spokeswoman said. The age of the unidentified victim was unknown and no further details were immediately available. The death is under investigation by Boston police.
