Quincy police are searching for a woman who allegedly pulled a stun gun on an employee of a Rite Aid pharmacy tonight and wrestled with the worker after he caught her trying to steal a bottle of vodka, a police official said.
The woman entered the Rite Aid on Granite Street at about 7:20 p.m. and placed the vodka bottle in her purse, said a Quincy police sergeant who declined to give his name. She then approached the counter to buy scratch tickets, the sergeant said, and the worker told her that he knew she was hiding the alcohol in her purse.
