The owner of a travel agency in Boston’s Chinatown section pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges of fleecing immigrants of more than $89,000. May Woo Lei, 40, was released on personal recognizance following her arraignment on larceny charges in Suffolk Superior Court, Attorney General Martha Coakley’s office said.
