A day after a Suffolk prosecutor played damaging tapes of Dwayne Moore, the man accused of perpetrating the 2010 Mattapan quadruple killings, giving conflicting statements to police, his defense lawyer countered by laying out the possibility of two other suspects. The DNA of two other men, one of whom lived in the house where the home invasion that led to the killings took place, was found on items stolen that night. Police acknowledged they did not follow up on that evidence.
