This photo, taken today, is the first public image of Mayor Thomas M. Menino since he entered Brigham and Women’s Hospital on Oct. 26. The mayor was treated for a variety of ailments during his month-long stay before being released to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital on Monday. During his stay, Menino was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
