Senator-elect Elizabeth ­Warren will begin traveling the state this weekend for a series of public events designed to thank her supporters and to ­allow new constituents who did not support her to size her up.

“We’re in this together, and we’ve got to work together from the start,” Warren said in a statement. “We’ve got to help people get back to work, level the playing field for our small businesses, and help middle-class families get a fair shot to get ahead.”
