Boston police have identified one victim of a double shooting Wednesday at Batchelder and Longmeadow streets in Roxbury as Victor Otoadese, 21, of Quincy. The other victim, who has not been identified, is being treated for life-threatening wounds at Boston Medical Center, and “his condition remains grave,” police said.
