Recent bird sightings as reported by the Massachusetts Audubon Society:

► The Northern lapwing that has been frequenting a corn field behind the Bridgewater Correctional Complex on Summer Street was still present this week. On Nantucket, the two lapwings that have been along the shore of Hummock Pond were also still present this week.
