Visiting MIT student injured in fall at college
An MIT student visiting Wellesley College was hospitalized after he fell about 12 feet inside the Lulu Chow Wang Campus Center around midnight Saturday, police said. The man fell inside the building’s atrium, from the third floor to the second floor, Wellesley College police Sergeant William Bowman said. He was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston with non-life threatening injuries. A Wellesley College police officer is investigating, Bowman said. He did not know whether drugs and alcohol were involved.
