President Obama’s uncle has won a new deportation hearing in Boston immigration court, more than a year after a drunken-driving arrest in Framingham revealed that he had violated a longstanding order to return to Kenya.
Last week, the Board of Immigration Appeals granted Onyango Obama’s request to reopen his immigration case based in part on his contention that his prior lawyer was ineffective, according to a government official with direct knowledge of the case. Obama’s new lawyers have also argued that the 68-year-old Obama has lived in the United States for nearly half a century and deserves a chance to make his case.

Who is paying for his lawyers? Who paid for Aunt Zetunis? They both used the right Wong from Cleveland. They arrived at court in three blacked out Yukons. i thought it was Al Gore.
Don't be niave. If the President wants to support his relatives with appeals, money, lawyers, more appeals, directives etc., essentially the full power of the Presidency, then as long as what he's doing is legal, he's going to do it. I would lose respect for him if he didn't. Any decent man would. Don't judge.
You can rest assured the taxpayer's money is covering the legal expenses for Obama's uncle as we did for Obama's aunt _ Zeituni Onyango, and for her subsidized housing!
There is no way Barak Obama is covering the costs. Absolutely no way_but he could lie about it, and claim that he is and we would never know the truth.

Now that the election is safely over our president can have his uncle's deportation order revoked. What a world.
