Complaint that judge shows bias dismissed

The state’s Commission on Judicial Conduct has dismissed a complaint filed by Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley that accused Boston Municipal Court Judge Raymond G. Dougan of deep-seated bias against prosecutors and police.

In a terse, three-paragraph letter, issued Nov. 30 but not publicized, chairman Paul F. LoConto said the commission had voted to dismiss the complaint after a thorough investigation conducted by a special counsel, and “a review of the available evidence.”

I don't know any of the facts in this case.

However, I do know that senior Massachusetts Trial Court court officials allowed a "convicted felon" to adjudicate my Small Claims case.  He rigged my case and I lost.  My Request for Reconsideration to this convicted felon's supervisor, Daniel Hogan, and his chain of command was denied.

I provided Mr. Hogan with clear and convincing evidence that the Defendant automobile manufacturer fabricated false evidence in an attempt to persuade this convicted felon adjudicator that I did not own my automobile, that they committed perjury and that I was denied due process.  However, those verified facts did not matter to the Trial Court chain of command.  Cover up by denial and silence was all that mattered.

The lesson learned here is that truthtelling, supported by unequivocal evidence in a court of law is dangerous.

Based on my direct knowledge, filing a complaint with the Board of Bar Overseers is a waste of time and only provides these alleged oversight individuals to concur with the "fraternity."  In a previous complaint to the Board, supported by a 30-page affidavit, former Bar Counsel Daniel Crane closed the case.  My appeal to his successor, Constance Vecchione was also snuffed out.  My conclusion:  The more evidence you have, the more likely the Board will close the case.

You can't make this stuff up.

So much for the delivery of justice.

If you're guilty, this is the guy you want. The lawyers of guilty, gun toting criminals scramble to get in front of this guy. They never go to juries if this guy is available. Out of town lawyers are grabbed by the locals and told never go to a jury if you can get Dougan.  A travesty here.

Another bustout lawyer in a cheap robe pushing their own agenda and playing Little Tin God...Keep filing that paperwork Dan Conley, its the only flashlight that we have to illuminate this dung pile. That 's the kind of "public service" we don't mind paying for.

Sao corrupt.
