In an unusual move, the judge presiding over the retrial of Dwayne Moore, the alleged shooter in the Mattapan massacre, today told Suffolk Superior Court jurors he may need to question them individually. Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Locke told jurors in the Boston courthouse today that they could retire to the room used for deliberations — but they must not talk about the first-degree murder trial that has consumed more than five weeks of their lives so far.
