A convicted drug trafficker released from prison during the investigation of the state’s former drug testing lab returned to court Monday, arraigned on new drug charges, Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley said. Louis Anthony Williams, 30, of Roxbury, was accused of supplying crack cocaine to Rayshawn Morris, 37, of Jamaica Plain. A judge set Williams’s bail at $15,000 for the new charge and held him without bail on the 2011 cocaine trafficking case for which he was convicted but released in October because of the scandal.
