Boston schools to revisit policy on siblings

Boston school officials proposed Thursday night that younger siblings be allowed to attend their older siblings’ schools under a new student-assignment plan.

Many parents have been pushing for a policy that would keep siblings together because an expected overhaul of the way the city assigns students to schools will put many of the younger brothers and sisters in different school zones or at risk of going to different schools.

Who are the Boston school officials who appear to have no clue about school policy, and how were they appointed to a task they are not capable of fulfilling? A very big question, but someone must be accountable for this Boston school mess that goes on and on, and on. It appears the Boston School Committee do not have the ability to successfully develop school policies which will benefit the students and their parents.
