Scores of well-wishers turned out for a vigil and candlelit walk intended to raise awareness about missing toddler Ayla Reynolds, who disappeared a year ago from her father’s home in Waterville. Ayla was 20 months old when she was reported missing the morning of Dec. 17. Police have called it a crime, but there have been no arrests. About 20 people sang Christmas carols and rang tiny bells Monday evening as they walked along Violette Avenue, where the toddler lived before she disappeared. Police said Friday that there are no new developments in the case.
