Suffolk Downs and its casino development partner Caesars Entertainment have struck an agreement with the Citi Performing Arts Center to collaborate on entertainment and cultural activities if Suffolk Downs, in East Boston, wins the sole Greater Boston resort casino license, Suffolk Downs said Tuesday. The agreement calls for Citi Center — which includes the Wang, Shubert, and Emerson Colonial theaters — to work with Suffolk Downs and Caesars in cross-promotion, operations, and cooperative booking of acts. “We are eager to work with Caesars Entertainment on multiple levels to the benefit of our community,” said Josiah Spaulding, the president and chief executive of the Citi Performing Arts Center.
