Former Arlington selectwoman Annie LaCourt and her husband pleaded not guilty in Cambridge District Court in Medford Friday to charges stemming from an alleged underage drinking party at their home in October. LaCourt and her husband, Mark Burstein, are facing 33 counts of furnishing alcohol to a person under 21. They were released on their own recognizance and ordered to return for a pretrial hearing Jan. 30. Their attorney, Tom Brant, said the couple also entered not-guilty pleas to three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor earlier this week during an arraignment in juvenile court that was closed to the public.
