O’Neill reappointed to School Committee

Michael O’Neill has been reappointed to the Boston School Committee, Mayor Thomas M. Menino announced Monday. O’Neill, 52, a Charlestown resident, will be sworn in Friday for a four-year term. O’Neill, who holds a master’s degree in entrepreneurial studies from Babson College, has served on the committee since July 2008 and was elected vice chairman last year. He is the senior vice president of marketing and distribution at SBLI of Massachusetts and also is the board chairman of the Boston Private Industry Council’s Youth Council.
