Some brave souls who did head outside, Renee Kleine Deters, Mariane Hernandez, and Monty Espino, bundled up against the frigid air for a tour of the Freedom Trail on Wednesday.
Temperatures will struggle to make it out of the teens throughout much of Northern New England.
