Authorities on Thursday searched the home of Dr. Richard Keller, the pediatric endocrinologist facing federal child pornography charges, on suspicion that he may have secretly filmed naked children during a trip to France in 1996. A spokeswoman for the US Attorney’s office in Boston confirmed the search. According to an application for the search warrant, authorities recovered videos during a prior search of the home that depicted naked children being secretly filmed, and the camera operator’s metal wristwatch is visible at times. Officials sought authorization on Thursday to seize any metal watches in Keller’s home, among other items. Keller, 56, is already facing charges for allegedly purchasing illicit videos from a company based in Canada.
