A man on the run from authorities in the shooting of another man as he picked up his 5-year-old child from a school in Queens, N.Y., was tracked down and arrested in Lawrence Tuesday, the US Marshals Massachusetts Fugitive Task Force said. Jonathan Genao was allegedly shooting at a rival gang member and hit the victim in the leg on Dec. 12, 2012, the task force said. Genao was found hiding in an apartment bathroom in Lawrence, where he was arrested, officials said. He will be taken to New York, where he will be charged with assault in the first degree, the task force said.
