The lawyer for the business partner of a Zumba instructor charged with running a prostitution ring from her dance studio is removing himself from the case. Dan Lilley, lawyer for Mark Strong, submitted his motion a week before the trial is set to begin, telling the judge Tuesday that he has not been paid and does not have resources to properly prepare for the two- to three-week trial. The Portland Press Herald said Justice Nancy Mills rejected Lilley’s previous motion to delay the trial.
