Police say the death of a woman whose body was found in a car parked at a Maine hotel has been ruled a homicide. The body of 29-year-old Westbrook resident Margarita Fisenko Scott was discovered Thursday afternoon inside a vehicle in a Motel 6 parking lot, police said. An autopsy Friday by the state medical examiner determined her death was a homicide. Police are asking anyone who has recently talked to Scott or has information about her death to come forward.
