Several families displaced by fires

The Red Cross says it has helped find temporary shelter twice in a day for Vermont residents who lost their homes to fires. A mobile home burned overnight Friday in Burlington, displacing the sole resident. Overnight Thursday, two families were left homeless by a fire in a 19th century farm house in Lunenburg. In both cases, the Red Cross provided temporary housing and financial aid to the victims.
