Animal rescue officials seek homes for 13 dogs seized from Braintree home

Animal welfare officials said they are seeking homes for 13 dogs seized earlier this month, after they were found with five others in a filthy Braintree home owned by a woman described as a “hoarder.”

One of the 18 Shar-Pei dogs had to be euthanized. Four others were treated, spayed or neutered, and returned to the woman, whom officials declined to identify.
