Police are crediting two good Samaritans with helping pull a man to safety from a burning car. When police responded to a report of a single-car accident shortly after 6 a.m. Saturday, they found Earl Wickline of Londonderry trying to put out the fire with an extinguisher he’d gotten from a resident. Police say Wickline, Apryl Norris of Londonderry, and three Londonderry police officers eventually pulled the driver out of the vehicle. The driver, who was not identified, was flown to Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. His condition was not immediately available. (AP)
