Does anyone know what does strategic communications do? High level advisor - for what?
The propaganda ministry officials for the Kim family in North Korea were unavailable for the Kerry position.
Strategic communications involves imparting spin to buffoonery to make it seem strategic (important) and communicationing it to mere mortals.
