The lawyer for a woman accused of using her Zumba studio as a front for prostitution is joining a state Supreme Court fight over privacy violation charges. Prosecutors have appealed to reinstate 46 invasion-of-privacy counts that were dismissed against Alexis Wright’s business partner. Wright faces 46 identical counts, as well as 60 other charges, and her lawyer said she will submit legal briefs and attend the Supreme Court arguments. Wright and Mark Strong Sr. are accused of videotaping prostitution clients without their knowledge.
