Berkshire District Attorney David F. Capeless has filed a motion to have three men tried together on charges in a triple slaying.A judge told attorneys for the defendants Thursday that they have until March 25 to file briefs in opposition. Adam Lee Hall, David Chalue, and Caius Veiovis are charged with killing David Glasser, Edward Frampton, and Robert Chadwell in August 2011. Prosecutors said Glasser was killed so he could not testify against Hall, a member of the Hells Angels, in a court case, while the others were killed to eliminate witnesses. The Berkshire Eagle reported that Capeless said in his motion for a joint trial that the defendants’ alleged criminal conduct is part of ‘‘a single plan or scheme.’’
