Brockton shooting victim, 21, dies

Authorities said a man shot in Brockton last week has died. The Plymouth district attorney’s office announced that Joshua LeClair, 21, of Brockton, died Tuesday. LeClair was shot Jan. 30 around 10:30 p.m. and was taken to a Boston hospital. Brockton police arrested Linanel Brown-Madison, 21, Sunday in connection with the shooting and charged him with attempted robbery by firearm and assault with intent to murder, among other crimes. The Enterprise reported that he was not immediately charged in connection with the death.
