Dozens in Rhode Island arrested in warrant sweep


Authorities in Rhode Island have arrested more than 50 people in a sweep of suspects who were wanted on warrants. State Police said the arrests were made Wednesday morning by state troopers, Providence police, and the FBI. Police said some people will also face new drug or weapons charges. They were scheduled for arraignment Wednesday afternoon in Providence Superior Court and Providence District Court.
