A four-alarm fire tore through a condo building in Wilmington on Friday and displaced at least 13 residents as firefighters worked in blowing snow and high winds, said the state fire marshal and the Red Cross of Eastern Massachusetts. The fire at the 23-unit building at 4100 Avalon Drive was contained to one building by Wilmington firefighters as well as outside departments, said State Fire Marshal Stephen D. Coan and the Wilmington Fire Department. No one was injured and the cause of the blaze had not been determined, said Coan.
