The MBTA will remain shut down through Sunday as the transit authority works to get service running for the Monday commute.

The MBTA announced the cancellation on its website.

T service has been shut down since Friday at 3:30 p.m., a few hours before the brunt of the storm that dumped more than two feet of snow in many areas across the region.
