A Chelsea man was charged with receiving $10,000 worth of crystal meth last week inside a Valentine’s Day package.

Lawrence Ligocki, 62, was charged with possession and trafficking of a Class B substance after investigators tracked a Valentine’s Day package containing a teddy bear stuffed with 96 grams of crystal meth to his house, the office of Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley said in a statement on Monday.
