Leone Jr. In early August 2010, Alleyne fatally stabbed Heather Alleyne, 19, inflicting wounds to her neck, torso, and limbs, the statement said. Police found Heather Alleyne’s body in the bedroom of the couple’s Worcester Road apartment while performing a well-being check Aug. 9. She was the mother of two young children.
