A Framingham man has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for stabbing his wife to death in 2010. Kyle Alleyne, 28, was found guilty of first-degree murder Wednesday after a 12-day trial in Woburn, said a statement released by Middlesex District Attorney Gerard T. Leone Jr. In early August 2010, Alleyne fatally stabbed Heather Alleyne, 19, inflicting wounds to her neck, torso, and limbs, the statement said. Police found Heather Alleyne’s body in the bedroom of the couple’s Worcester Road apartment while performing a well-being check Aug. 9. She was the mother of two young children.
