Former senator Scott Brown, appearing in a candid interview on Fox 25 Monday night, said he is “thinking about” a run for governor next year, even as he gets used to being at home in Wrentham, away from the limelight.
“I’m going to keep all options open,” he said in the interview with the station’s Maria Stephanos and broadcast from his living room. “I’m not going to be one of those ‘ooh I’m really not thinking about it.’ Of course I’m thinking about it. I’m thinking about a lot of different thing things. But right now the best thing I can do for myself and for my peace of mind and I think for the people of Massachusetts is just to hang tight and recharge and be active.”

so little scotty, our ex-boy senator may not be giving up the quest for political office? Learning Spanish, the guitar and tweeting.....and possibly running for governor? Oh...forgot his recent signing on with the faux kartoon network. Appears he was busier now than when he was "representing" our state with the help of mcconnel, kyl, imhofe.
Was hoping to retire the brownmustgo account name with the recent loss of his seat to someone who should be there and will not only represent our state but the country too. This is an ethic contrary to the likes of l'il scotty and his tea/republican party cohorts which is party first, country second, women third....
So continue to mull your political future scotty...bring it with your new aquasition of Spanish, the guitar, and a network that has no clue about what fair and balanced mean....much like your recent representation of our state in DC.
You're not the only one who was hoping that brownmustgo would disappear.
so I'm thinking, incredible1 could be l'il scotty? I mean the user name incredible1 could be a name for one with the hubris to pose for a magazine and, briefly serve as a US Senator?
If so then we can both retire the user names as soon as you leave our state for Maryland and their National Guard.
Mr. Brown has two daughters--Ayla, the first born, and her younger sister, Arianna. Ayla, then, is Mr. Brown's elder, not eldest, daughter.
Here is what Mr. Brown is actually thinking about" . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Mr Brown...My advice would be GET OUT OF POLITICS! You had your chance and blew it.
Ayla was helping him get on facebook and twitter???? So who was doing all the tweeting and facebook messaging under his hash tag and facebook page in the past?? Ayla? Eric?? Gail?? Pocket tweeting? Give me a break. This Himbo can't even explain his actions without looking dumb and dumber.
The day Scott Brown announces he is not going to run for Governor will be the last day he appears (and gets paid for being) on Fox News, gets quoted about anything, his last interview, etc. He's got six months, maybe a year, to really cash in on his Senate celebrity, then it's back to a couple of hundred bucks for a real estate closing and drafting wills.
If little Scotty is a talking head on Fox "News" he's no longer viable as a political entity. He's "thinking about" running for governor? He might as well be "thinking about" becoming an astronaut or a brain surgeon.
Brown should simply run AWAY!

Great! He'd make an excellent Governor. I appreciate Deval proving that liberals are crazy about raising taxes and coddling illegals and EBT card recipients. It's like free advertising for a non-Democrat to take the helm.
"Great! He'd make an excellent Governor. "
You are basing that on *what*, exactly?

All the disparaging comments from Liberals/Democrats about Scott Brown just re-prove their ignorance. Brown is the finest Republican that the Democrats can own, mainly because he is not much of a Republican. This is what happens to Republicans in Massachusetts - they get "Stockholm Syndromed" into stupidity. Keep blasting away you Liberal poseurs!
Well that's pretty rude.
This time, Mr. Honestman, you have a Republican calling out a pseudo-Republican for what he is - a political hermaphrodite. How did that work out for him? Here's the thing - if a "Republican" like Scott Brown cannot be swallowed by Massachusetts' Democrats, how can a conservative win in a State that voted overwhelmingly for (gulp) Obama? This is why the Dems are hypocrites when they say they want bi-partisanship. They only want a "D" - even if it's someone as incomprehensible as Deval Patrick. Huh?

please Scottie go away....please.
Don't think about it too hard. It will strain your pea sized brain.
I thought Scott Brown was headed to the Pentagon. I would vote for Brown's wife before I would ever vote for him. I think the real brains in the Brown Family belong to Gail.
This guy ceases to amaze me.....the governorship is not a consolation prize, it is harder work than being in the senate, which Mr. Brown failed at.....
Please go away Senator Brown....go back to law and house closings....
Scott Brown was also on the Bill O'Reilly Factor. O'Reilly said and Brown agreed that MA right now has a $500 Million budget shortfall and the state is $17 BILLION in debt that will never be repaid. ..How come the Globe has said NOTHING about the MA budget or the MA debt?. While claiming that Deval's proposed tax hikes are ONLY to improve transportation and education. And the largest budget shortfall is from the MA healthcare law. Deval's tax hikes are really to cover the health care budget shortfall.
Are you expecting the Globe to start covering Menendez also? ;-)
Pocket tweets? Jesus, why can't he come up with a credible lie since he's apparently averse to the truth.
Scott Brown will have an excellent chance of becoming governor. History has shown that even the Mass voters will elect a Republican to keep an eye on Beacon Hill.
