Highs just reaching 40 in Boston will escort a mix of sun and clouds throughout the state today, said National Weather Service meteorologist Bill Simpson. But with wind between 13 and 17 miles per hour, temperatures should feel even cooler. Tonight temperatures will drop into the low 20s in Boston, and into the upper teens outside of the city.
